getLoanUpdate is priced to meet the needs of the one-person office or the multi-branch organization. Since the application is hosted by getLoanUpdate there are no additional software licensing fees or hardware costs. You have access to the entire application for one low per loan transaction fee, regardless of the number of communications you have with each client. Additionally, since we are so confident that you will reap immediate benefit from getLoanUpdate, we have no minimum term requirements.

Setup Fee
getLoanUpdate will be setup and configured to your specific needs. A separate instance of the application will be setup specifically for your company. Standard setup includes:
- -Establish users (up to 10)
- -Add company logo and address information
- -Alter/update colors of site to client specifications
- -Establish initial broker list (up to 5)
- -Establish initial Real Estate Agent list (up to 5)
- -Establish initial Broker list (up to 5)
- -Assist with establishment and configuration of your domain (www.yourco.com)
- -Application training (up to 1 hour, telephonically)
Data Conversion
Many of our clients have requested that their installation include historical loan data for their current customer base. Data imports and conversions can be accomplished and are priced individually based on the volume and complexity of the existing data. Please contact us for details.
Enhancements
getLoanUpdate can be enhanced and modified to meet most any request. Examples include: custom graphics, additional screens, altered navigation, etc. Please contact us for pricing specific to your requirements.
